Tim Stevens

Tim Stevens has been a performing jazz/pop vocalist since 1968.   He has assisted in arranging and producing two albums, “Got To Be Free” and “Thinking About Love” with his musical partner, keyboard artist Leonard Johnson, III, and co-produced several singles early in his career with his brother, E.K. Stevens.   Tim has appeared on The Mike Douglas Show in June 1972 and was selected as the People’s Choice Poll, “Favorite Entertainer of the Year” by the New Pittsburgh Courier and the Champions Association in 1982.   Tim has written approximately 75 original compositions, including ‘The Sadness In My Eyes” recorded by vocalist Nancy Wilson in l980.   On September 24, 2012 Tim received induction into the Pittsburgh Jazz Society Hall of Fame.
